IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.
General Use
Sheets Help provides services, infrastructure, and tools in its software. Materials provided on this site and through our software, including content, logos, and graphics, are copyrighted and/or trademarked works of Sheets Help. User-submitted materials are not the property of Sheets Help and are subject to their terms.
Unauthorized use of materials from this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.
Free Trials
Your Sheets Help software may start with a free trial. The free trial lasts for the duration specified during sign-up and is intended to allow you to try the service.
Free trial eligibility is determined by Sheets Help at its sole discretion, and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold if we determine you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent Sheets Help purchase of the same software are not eligible. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.
We will charge your Payment Method for your purchase at the end of the free trial period.
Billing and Cancellation
Payment Methods. To use Sheets Help paid services, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the “Billing” page. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s). You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to processing your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
Refunds. Refunds are available for 30 days after purchase.

YOUR USE OF THE SHEETS HELP SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE EACH PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us, our suppliers and licensors, and our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, representatives, and assigns harmless from any costs, damages, expenses, and liability caused by your use of the Services and Service Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party through the use of the Services or Service Content.

Termination
You can terminate your use of the software anytime by ceasing further use. We may terminate your use of the software and deny you access to the software in our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, including your violation of these Terms.

We may do this for various reasons, including to reflect changes in or requirements of the law, new features, or changes in business practices.
